61st Emmy Awards 2009 Worst Dressed Fashion On the Red Carpet. These ladies had the worst looks of the night and I hate to even put them on the list but somebody has to do it,  from Padma Lakshmi to Kate Walsh and Kim Kardashian these ladies had the worst looks of the night.

There are many reason why one may end up on the worst dressed list from the overall fit of the dresses, to the design, the color or even how a person carried themselves in the gown. Whatever the case the ladies below have made the list all for separate reasons.
